With much thanks
Thank you to all you lovely people for flooding my sms inbox, emails and Facebook with birthday wishes and also the cards and pressies. Really appreciate all of that. A year older, a quarter of a century. Eeks!! From now on I am so not looking forward to birthdays!
Thank you for my dearest Mr GT for celebrating my birthday for like the 7th time and the appropriate present, love it.
Will be starting my new job at a former workplace but from previously just temping, now I'd be taking on an exec position, hopefully that turns out well, but then again I just have to give things a shot and not be stuck at something isn't it no matter how I enjoy the people and environment and the really2 nice boss. So not more being in credit control, though receiving 6 digits figure every fornight from the VIP account was quite pretty to look at but not so easy to report. And of coz the headache of complex Excel reports (i can't get over that girl from the KL office who didn't know which is row and column in MS Excel, copy and paste (whatmore Vlookup and Pivot tables. geez), I could have a heart attack despite handing only 1 of the reports to her.)
For the sake of more $$ and benefits and the fact that I am still young, I must be a risk taker. So taking risk I am. =)
To the former colleagues, I will never forget you ladies. It was soooooooo much fun and we'd meet up for karaoke sessions, coffees, dinners and what nots. I'd so miss the kakak-kakaks lovely banter and passive smoking lunch time break. hah. And of coz the boss too who has been soooo good to me, I hope he takes care of his health and not eat too much sweets (he finished up my whole pick n mix sweets from Sassafras which I placed in a bottle on my desk! 5 at one go!).
Looking forward to a new career start, a new year ahead and collecting more valuable experience along the way.
PS: to Slash, Su, Sherry etc the people who has been bantering with me on MSN, it was really good and keep fingers crossed I still get to do it even if I need to move around alot in the new job.
