I had such a wonderful time this week celebrating both the boy and mum's birthdays!! Putting aside the point that I am so broke and yet pay is in 2 weeks time! And thank god the dad's birthday present has already been bought.

Anyway, I went bowling with the boy on his birthday (which I totally suck but ok I'd just play the bimbo and let him have his fun) by lunch at Sakae Sushi ( a 1st time for him! i had fun making him my guinea pig) and then 2hours of pool ( I haven't played pool in yonks!). And am glad he is thrilled with his birthday present. And so is my mum with hers and the dinner. Sigh, it just makes me feel good to see my loved ones happy.

Talking about my loved ones, I absolutely love the stuff the bestie got me...laaalaaa...can't wait to wear that classic cardi with a black shift dress i just got (i'm just going to snip off this huge ribbon on one of the shoulder ala Sarah Jessica Parker - to me it just gets in the way) from Dorothy Perkins. And I've already worn one of the 2 pairs of earrings on the boy's birthday.And of coz the lace tights! And to Yuyu babe, glad you love the blings and the fingerless gloves I sent ya. I can't wait to see you rock them! =)

the pain and cramps that come with your monthly period (applicable to women only, obviously). I just hate it when it occurs. I just feel so redundant. Pfft.

So I had to change the plan for my Dempsey Hill outing last night due to this irritating pain and that Mr GT had a last minute video assignment. But we still manage to grab dinner and went gift shopping.

On Friday, met Herman Slash for the treat. Thanx, Slash for the Ramenten treat. Yum! Gosh, I never had so many stuff laid on the table.I was a contented woman. *winks* While I was out with Slash for dinner, Mr GT was meeting Sarip for those 1-1 men talk or whatever you call it.

And Hani bunny was telling me the news on a certain someone's ex bf who is already moving on with a new girl. Well good for him that he's moved on with someone more cheery and smiley. You go boy! Contemplating on being friends again maybe...

Friday was not such a good day at work due to the bad news that affected a few people. But well I guess you just can't avoid this kinda things. It's part of life. Just thankful that at least I know my fate before that.

Mum just told me about this girl Khairunisa, well her name sonds so familiar and I remember she used to be with me in primary school and later in Cedar Girls, 1 year my senior. And she's gettng married. I'm sure Nurrul and Suraiya know who I am talking about, remember Cik Comel, that's her daughter.  I wonder why people get the name Comel and then till they are old they are still called that. It really bugs me.

Talking about Mr GT, he reminded me of the time when I was waiting for my O level results in 2000, and we chatted on IRC, of coz me being me didn't bother replying when he emailed me (hello, how many creepy guys were there pouncing on sec sch girls back then,I am not that naive).

And 2 years later we met again at SP's PHR (he insists it was love at 1st sight..i don't believe in love at 1st sight), and he remembered my email address as THAT girl whom he emailed and didn't reply. Oh well, maybe I tried to escape from him and failed huh. Karma maybe. *shrugs* Lesson learnt: always change your email address so these incidents won't take place.

I went to the Airshow 2008 with Mr GT today!! And thank god since Mr GT managed to get a hold of the bike season parking, we didn't have to take the shuttle bus from Pasir Ris like hundreds (or even thousands) of people did. The perks of him working for one of the companies exhibiting there since he went there on Tuesday during the Tradeshow for a contract signing between the company he's working for and CAAS.

So highlight of the show was definitely the Black Knights! My heart was beating so fast when all the dangerous flying was going on. Definitely a surge of adrenalin. However, this year's is not as great at 2 years back during the Asian Aerospace when there were also displays by the italian defence team in formation instead of just showcasing solo planes.

But but but I manage to score not 1 but 2 photo ops with the US Air Force Pilots. It was at Mr GT's suggestion, I know he's so weird he was pushing me to go take photo with the pilots but I was so reluctant coz I don't wanna act like an SPG or something, it was kinda weird to have my boyfriend taking photo of me with some other guy. Or guys for that matter.

But to please Mr GT, I just march up to one of this pilot name Burke who seemed to be the cutest of the lot and was alone and said "hey, can I get a photo with ya?" So snap and there we go and on to the next one. And Mr GT was like "ah u like lah get to hug and be hugged by him.." So I said - "he grabbed me first so no choice for me" *smirks" Hey better do it in front of him than behind him right?

And at the end of everything, and with this French guy who was giving out this neck strap thing and when he refused to give Mr GT another one for me, Mr GT said it's for me, he actually peered at me and said "now gimme a smile and i'd give you one." talk about cheezy.

While the hundreds of peeps were Q-ing up to take the shuttle back, we were on the bike cruising to T3 then to Simpang Bedok  - to eat this Ratna Crispy Mee Hoon thingy at Sedap Corner (yes this Sedap Corner seemed to have dishes in my name, that's how I know it was Sedap Corner Yuyu babe was at when she told me the dishes name).I havent been to the JB outlet for some time now.

Yes, obviously I am going to blog about my Valentine's Day cum my god knows how many years and months anniversary.

I had 2 Valentines - 1 my best friend and the other Mr GT of course. Thanx babe, I had loads of fun, so like old times, like you never went to Melbourne!

And Mr GT,thanx for EVERYTHING, Love u loads! *muacks* And gosh, the video he made using this new video software he bought (in the hundreds of dollars..ppfft!), was so touching it made me cried. That was incredibly sweet, the song was so nice. THANK you,you! We have indeed come a long long long way.

On other note, my 1st brother is FINALLY back from his Germany and France work trip. So he got me a couple of stuff from Darmstadt, Strausbourg (?), Lauderbourg and Frankfurt.All the cities in Germany and France. I was yakking to him on the phone on Friday at work while I was listening to the Budget 2008 speech by the Finance Minister and my brother was going on and on about his trip. And all purchases of designer jeans at cheap price unfortunately he didn't know my size! HMPH! Excuses! And he was going on about this snowboarding shop that got him going goo-goo gaa-gaa over their stuff.I told him - forget it bro, you are OLD already and FYI, jangan kata snowboard, that surfboard of yours from Australia is collecting dust.

On another note, to Yuyu babe, have a safe journey to Bangkok and KL with your family, and go buy out the 2 cities!  Borong babe!

To another Cedar babe, Happy Belated 24th Birthday,Azlin! And I am SOooooooooo happy for you on your pregnancy news. Less than 6months to go babe,insya allah everything wil go smoothly.We'd see you (and your hamsters!) as soon as Yuyu babe gets back from her trip!
